I was approached out of the blue by a letter from Sam @ BossReg to let me know that the plate 1 THR was coming onto the market.  This happens to be the name of my Company.

 

I engaged Sam to assist with the purchase of the plate at auction.  I cannot praise Sam and BossReg people enough for the way they handled the whole process for me.  Sam was informative and pretty accurate in his likely valuation and bid successfully for me at auction with me on the other end of the phone and Sam talking me through the bidding.  Once we had successfully purchased the plate he was equally efficient, courteous and informative throughout the transfer process.
